Muse

The public are invited to interact with sculpted objects made from disposable materials setting the scene for a live instrumental spoken word performance.

Participatory installation researching embodied political and semiotic systems. Connecting thinking patterns and behaviours conditioned by early-childhood development. The audience are engaged in a physiological psychoanalysis of adult contents. Muse addresses the influence of popular culture on inherited scripts.

A candid internal monologue exposing frictions between authentic thought and socially engineered narratives. Made from disposable materials including nylon stockings, safety pins, gaffa tape and limited print stickers attached.

Man U Script is a collection of pocket-sized thermal prints, drawings and phonetic poems.

Formative experiences are examined through familiar objects transformed into emotive touch-and-feel sculptures. An immersive installation is constructed for guests to collaboratively participate in documenting their point of view using MyFirst Camerea, painting slogans on knickers or popping outdated beliefs on balloons.

Accessible disposable and found materials contextualising letters into a sensory rhetoric.
